Extended warranty 36 months

You can use an extended warranty of 36 months for newly purchased stoves or fireplace inserts from Foxmark.  

What does an extended warranty mean? 

Every product purchased in the Czech Republic is covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. We offer registered customers an additional 12 months for new stoves, the so-called extended warranty. It starts after the statutory period of 24 months has expired. 

What does the warranty cover? 

As part of the extended warranty, you have free warranty repairs. You do not pay the price of spare parts or the work of a service technician. The extended warranty does not apply to consumable (wearable) materials, such as fireclay, grates, glass, seals, etc. 

What is the condition for claiming the warranty? 

Register your Foxmark stove within 4 weeks of purchase. 

How do I register for the 36 M warranty system? 

Simply via web form. When filling in the required fields, you will encounter the following terms: 

• Model name/variant – a variant indicating the name of the stove family (e.g. ALOPE, SUMARI, MATERA with exchanger)
• Product number – a numerical combination containing the date of manufacture and other manufacturer identification data
