Scope and purpose of processing your personal data
Processing of personal data based on your consent
Establishment and management of a customer account - by registering and creating a customer account, your personal data will be stored in our database. You can log in to your customer account at any time via the shop.haassohn.com website and create and view your orders within your account. In connection with the establishment and management of your customer account, we process the following data: name, surname and email address.
Sending commercial communications (Newsletters) - if you subscribe to our Newsletter or other electronic commercial communications, we process your data exclusively for the purpose of sending our electronic commercial communications and we process your email address.
Career - if you fill out the job application form on our website, we will process your personal data for the purpose of including you in the job application database and offering job opportunities and we will process the data you provided to us in the form, in particular your title, name, surname, year of birth, telephone number, email address.
Processing personal data without your consent
Complaints - in the event that that you make a complaint to us via the complaint form on our website, or by email, or in another way, we process your personal data for the purpose of handling your complaint, namely your name, surname, address, email and telephone number.
Performance of the contract - if you order goods via our e-shop or directly at our headquarters and thus conclude a purchase contract, then we process your data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
Processing of messages sent via the contact form on the administrator's website - if you contact us via the contact form on the website or e-shop, we will process your data solely for the purpose of contacting you and handling a response to your message.
