Extend your warranty for free on your new stove or fireplace

We believe that our stove or fireplace insert will continue to delight you for 15 years. But sometimes technology simply rears its head, and even new stoves need regular service or intervention by a service technician. With an extended warranty, you get a year of free care and additional service. All you have to do is register for the Foxmark system via the web form. The registration form can be found below. Registration within 4 weeks of purchase and providing proof of purchase

The condition for applying the extended warranty is timely registration. For registration into the system, the decisive deadline is within four weeks of purchase of the stove and uploading the proof of purchase.

With us, you are not alone

As part of the extended warranty, you have free warranty repairs. You do not pay the price of spare parts or the work of a service technician. The extended warranty does not apply to consumable (wearable) materials, such as fireclay, grates, glass, seals, etc. See General Operating Instructions, Art. 9.4. The head of the service department decides whether to accept the claim.

How can you claim the warranty?

After the statutory warranty has expired, you can claim the extended warranty if you are registered in our Foxmark system. You can then claim the warranty from the dealer from whom you purchased the stove, or directly from our service team. Just write to us at reklamace@foxmark.eu, or fill out the warranty form directly on the website.

Which stoves are covered by the warranty?

The warranty applies to all new fireplace stoves, fireplace inserts and pellet stoves from the manufacturer Foxmark. The extended warranty can only be applied after the statutory warranty has expired.

It applies to fireplace stoves, accumulation stoves,  fireplace stoves with exchanger, fireplace inserts, and to all models pellet stoves.

The warranty rules are governed by the Civil Code and the terms and conditions of the company HAAS+SOHN Rukov s.r.o.
